Refunds Policy

Consideration will be given to all applications for refund in respect of unused refundable tickets returned to our Customer Services Department 28 days or more prior to departure.

Refunds will not be given on any tickets less than 14 days prior to departure unless seats can be filled by new bookings in which case a full refund will be made available

Tickets for refunds between 15 and 27 days will be considered but with a maximum of 50% refund. Should the seats be resold then a full refund will be made available.

If the boat/coach tour or train you purchased a ticket for is cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be offered on completely unused tickets and you will not be charged an administration fee.
